Auction Due Diligence Information

It is important to have sufficient information about the property for both your auction qualification and marketing efforts as well as to make as much information available to potential buyers so they can perform their own due diligence and make an informed decision prior to bidding at the auction.  As the auctioneer, you will need to gather these facts and information from the seller.  The list below reflects general information you will need to collect from your seller for due diligence, items will vary based on property.
